The Game Changers Experience is a unique and innovative retreat-style workshop that uses one of the most effective teaching tools available – experiential learning.
The workshops engage participants in customized role-playing with professional actors, who present each attendee with a specially designed scenario that challenges them and leads to life-changing growth. Participants are guided through the process by experienced personal and professional coaches.
In addition to role-playing, participants learn from special guest speakers who share life-changing tips and strategies. Participants also gain insight to their challenges through observational learning as they observe other attendees working through their scenarios.
The Game Changers Experience was designed by founder Connie St. John, an award-winning writer/director and business executive who developed the concept by drawing on her years of business experience, innovative teaching skills, public relations & marketing expertise, drama production & direction, and strategic, creative messaging.
~ Day One of the Experience focuses on professional development for business leaders and employees at all levels.
